Route Rationale
The flower route (Efflorescence) is one of the first B.C own flower route. This route gets its name from French word efflorescence which means “two flower out”. This is a 65 miles winding road through the mountains. On this full day tour you will visit several colourful farms and even one metropolitan city – famed for their natural beauty authentic crafts weekly festivals and local and international cuisines .this is a journey which]h takes you from Richmond to the cultus lake or vice versa right through the rainbow fields as you follow this floral infused road trip, you will find yourself driving along the west coast past beautiful beaches and through stunning parks and gardens that fill the country with colour.
The reason why we chose this route is because in B.C this route was completely unexplored. B.C hosts a large number of flower gardens which where are not so popular among tourist this route will make the tourist more aware about the places and offerings. There is no specified flower route existing in B.C, so this route will be the first to become a route for tourist specifically focusing towards flowers and flowers festivals.
Target Market
Target market for our route will be people of all age groups and the people who are attracted towards nature. Photographers, bloggers, social media influencers will also love to explore this amazing route. All types of tourist can visit here, whether they are international tourist wanting to explore the natural beauties these places have to offer or domestic/local tourist looking for a weekend getaway. This tour welcomes people all demographics. Specialty of this route is the “Ease of Access”. This route is economic friendly and does not put a hole in tourist’s pocket. One of the other best thing about this route is that the places included in this route hosts one of the biggest flower festivals in Canada.
